Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging must be intact — no damage to hygiene seals or product boxes.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is completely unused and in resalable condition.


🚚 Return Pickup & Charges

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup.

  • AED 10 return pickup fee applies.

  • A AED 10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and handling.


💬 How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Wait for approval and instructions before sending the item back.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different product? Please return the original item (following the return process), then place a new order for the replacement.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified about the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
