Welcome to The Ordinary Serum Store UAE. By using our website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

We sell 100% original and imported products from The Ordinary brand. All products are sourced directly from authentic and approved distributors. We do not sell used, counterfeit, or expired items.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) on business days (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) are shipped on the next business day (typically Monday).

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners (Panda Courier) and delivered within 3 working days.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

  • We accept payments through Cash on Delivery and Online Card Payment (Visa/MasterCard).

  • Cash on Delivery includes a service fee of AED 10. Online card payments are delivery-charge free.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Products can be returned only if they are damaged, incorrect, or expired upon arrival.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15–20 business days to your original payment method.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available across all Emirates in the UAE.

  • Our courier partners will contact you before delivery.

  • Please ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. Delays due to wrong information are not our responsibility.

6. Product Usage Disclaimer

All skincare products should be used as per the directions on the label. Results may vary depending on individual skin types. Consult a dermatologist before use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
